apparantly "because we're your parents" is supposed to be a good explanation that, when questioned, makes the arguement worse because now you've brought their intelligence into question and they are too dumb to know how to successfully analyze this and that reaction before they can get upset and convince you you're a social disaster.
also, you cannot rejoin a question with that SAME question and expect it to be answered with anything but more blame, anger, confusion, and frustration (the only things stupid people can offer in an arguement).
