(no subject)
Ugh I gotta work today, I am on call *I think* from 2-6:30, and then I am scheduled 6:30-10. I guess it's good because I get more money that way, but I am a lazy bum as you all probably know, so I don't really feel like going. Anyway, I am bored as always, so I am going to go poke myself in the eye with something. Haaaaavvvveeeeeee a good one!

UPDATE (12:30): Okay so here's how it alllllll went down:
1/15/05 I was trying to buy stuff on Hottopic.com and having problems with putting my credit card # in, it wasn't working for some reason, and I was mad. Finally it went through. Apparently this is the day that the bank detected "Suspicious purchases" and blocked my account, without giving me any notice whatsoever. Whatever.
1/16/05 James and I go to Wally World to pick up some stuff, and I say, "Since my card was giving me trouble before, let me just try to get some money from the ATM rather than waiting in line and then having to deal with it." Suprise suprise my card doesn't work, even though when I get a balance inquiry my account has about $100 in it. I call the customer service line, talk to a guy who asks me 40 billion questions, get transferred to a lady who asks me the same 40 billion questions, who then gives me a number that I can't call uuntil Tuesday because they won't be there b/c of the holiday.
1/17/05 My order for Hottopic.com is cancelled because *SUPRISE* my credit card was declined, probably because by the time the order was processed, the block was on the account. There go those cute shirts...
1/18/05 I call the number that the Customer Service lady gave me. The woman I talk to says she is transferring me to so and so, I am on hold for 5 minutes, and then I get disconnected. GREAT. I call back about an hour later and after all that the lady on the phone tells me that I need to go into MY bank and get them to either reissue a card or unblock my account. Who's betting that the bank will want me to call the customer service line, haha.
ALL I WANT IS TO BE ABLE TO USE MY OWN DAMN MONEY!
