A wonderful Ren Fest weekend
This was the best weekend I've had at the Ren Fests. Tons and tons of photos but even better were the people. I'm amazed I got as many photos as I did since it seemed I spent so much time hanging out with the cast of the festival. I have never met such a fun and kind group of people. I'm really going to be sorry when the festival ends. Since I live in Chattanooga, I won't really be able to casually meet up with the members of the cast until next year. It makes me wish I lived near Nashville. But the are so many things I know I'll miss... Craig mugging so perfectly for the camera, Andrew and/or Rachel being the wonderful goofs they are and making such great pictures for it, chasing or getting chased by the hilarious adorable fairies, watching GW and Lori affectionately pick on each other, trying to capture the perfect photo of Leland (the bling master), Heather, Boyd and the others. I could seriously make a list that would fill pages. But I have one last weekend, even though I'll miss Saturday - which I'm tempted to be there for anyway. It really is one of those times when you pause and realize that this will be one of those memories you'll treasure; and when you're old and gray(er) you'll smile when you think fondly of it.
