So we went to watch The Fast & The Furious: Tokyo Drift last night. It's like the Initial D movie, with more chicks, slightly more plot and more bling.

I think the people at 7-11 at 3rd Mile have probably stopped stocking Tora because we scared them the first couple of times. YOU CAN'T STOP THE MAD CONSUMERS, 7-11. When you operate 24 hours you should expect to have to deal with people who hang out at odd hours, such as but not limited to:

• Goths
• Drunkards
• Vampires
• Rampaging football fans, either upset after a loss or triumphant after a win
• Groups of people looking for Tora at odd hours, a.k.a. Nutcases
• Gangs
• College students

I am still watching the World Cup for the superficial reason of HAWT MEN. Angola just got their kits before the match against Mexico - you can tell because they still had the fold creases on them. I initially wanted to root for Mexico because it's so easy to root for a team that has a dude called Omar Bravo in it. Plus who can deny the coolness of Mexican waves and sombreros? SOMBRERO LOVE. But then the commentator said that Angola committed 29 fouls in their last match and they showed some of the instances and I thought "WOW THEY'RE VIOLENT" and I like violent football, so I was a bit torn about who to root for so I didn't root for anyone.

My favourite things to do when watching World Cup matches:

• Looking at hot men.
• Spotting the player who can't remember the words to the national anthem.
• Seeing funny antics, such as Alessandro Nesta spitting out a Polo mint during the Italian National Anthem and the Ivory Coast coach half-pulling something off the top of the reserve benches (then pushing it back into place)
• Commenting on the kits (brand, fit, style)
• Writing about all of the above on LJ
