Khaki Pants Are Hard To Find
I've been everywhere and I canNOT find any khaki pants that fit right. I'm stymied by either:
(1) their basic shape - they're either boxy and awful or hippish [not in a good way, but rather in a mompantsy way] and pleated;
(2) their basic design - so many of these pants are now outfitted with diagonal pocketry and/or 'stylish' threading, which isn't acceptable;
(3) their basic absence - many places just don't CARRY boring khaki pants at all anymore...where can I find what I need!?
(4) the fact that no matter what, I need to have them tailored to fit me, as nobody makes pants my size - the little boys' dept at REI comes closest, but I can't serve dinner on a schmancy yacht wearing zip-off expedition pants made by an outdoor gear company!
