Need Input- Pasta Books
I am looking for the Bible on Pasta know-how. I want to know everything about 'authentic' pasta.
I loaned a book from the library called "100 ways to be Pasta" and this book is very close to the pasta bible. It taught me about pasta water, and condimento. It's an awesome book that has about 5-10 pages of info then the rest recipes. I want something more rich and fuller. Something that will tell me Italian ways to make pasta with more ways of how to 'catch' the fish.
