So, I decide to drink 80oz in one day. (low for my personal body weight but go with me here for a moment)
It seems obvious to me that to get the best 'results' for my body it would be wise to drink 10 oz per hour then to down 20 oz in one sitting for 4 sittings?
It seems like we have a bottle in our body, or rather, the cells will only absorb X amount of water and anything over X would just get flushed from the body without a thought.
Sort of like vitamins. YOu have a max you can absorb before you pee the rest out.
Or will your body utilize the whole 20oz but at a rapid pace?
