Grrr- pissed off mommy moment

So, I want to be all 'eco-friendly' and buy a ecofriendly shoe for my son. But since my son will grow out of said shoe in like 4-5 months I will not spend 45 dollars on a shoe.. though that is like 10 bucks a month? hmmm. Maybe the cost isn't so bad. but man, 45 dollars for a child shoe?!?

What are people's thoughts? Anyone got a size 7-8 shoe for a boy they don't need anymore they would sell me cheep? Needs to be eco-friendly? Though trading is eco-friendly? :D
