The financial saga continues. I had four, yes FOUR letters from the bank this morning. One of which was admittedly a bank statement but still. FOUR fucking letters. I know it's all sorted, but I'm going to go in there and ask for it in writing, because I'm starting to get really pissed off. "blahblah returned unpaid blah blah charged £38" like FUCK.
Then "oh yes here's your overdraft, but don't use it or we'll charge you lots of interest. Please find enclosed a leaflet telling you how much we interest we'll charge you"
er... no leaflet in this letter, kthnxbye
And another one saying "oh yes you can buy life insurance so if you snuff it in the next 20 years we'll give your family fuck all money. chars"

Then. THEN I got a further letter from Income Support. Background: I received a letter from them on Saturday saying "Your recent change in circumstances does not affect the amount of income support we pay you. You will continue to get £45 a week... from 12th April this will change to £46 a week"
I was like, woo, pay rise.
Then... fucking THEN, I got this letter this morning... "your recent change in circumstances does not affect the amount of income support we pay you. You will continue to get £45 a week
From 5th April 2007, your Income Support will change to £205.25 a week. This is because of a change in your circumstances.
Due to a further change from 12th April 2007 you will get £209.65 a week. This is because there is a change to the money you will have coming in and the amount the law says you will need to live on"

I have HAD it with benefits. I've had it with banks. I've had it with benefits going into the bank.
There is NO WAY that's right. The law says I need £140 a week to live on. There's no way they're going to willingly give me more than that.. that MUCH more than that.
