Went to Malate earlier with my bestest gurlfriends.. We spent the night, chattin, dancin, drinkin, flirtin.. etc etc.. Before the "gimik" night ended, we've encountered this guy/girl in Lookal.. One of my gurlfrends said that he's having fun listening to these 2 becky's singing.. After they sang Whitney and Mariah's "When You Believe".. One of the becky immediately asked one of us if we knew the song that will be played.. I Knew Him So Well, I think was the title of the song..
Nueve, isa sa mga pinakamakulit samin asked his friend Steven to sing with Ate.. We told ATE that we didn't know the song and it's hard for us to have a duet. Then he "replied", that was the first time he encountered beckys who didn't know the song.. After which, he started to talk about his gimmick days.. He also told us that he have a hard time "coping up" with our generations.. With all these trends and eklavoos. He 'lectures' us about friendship, work, school and other interesting stuff.. Here's what struck us the most..
As we all know gay guys in our society are being discriminated.. When a guy turns out gay, he has the feelin of being an outcast.. wherein, he is having a hard time coping up with both straight and gay guys.. ATE told us that goin to bars in MALATE wasn't his cup of tea. He felt that he's an outcast whenever he goes out. In our generations, gay guys need to be presentable, cute/hot/goodlooking and DISCREET. If you're not DISCREET then.. You're not interesting.. Guys won't bother talkin to you..
ATE said that being an effeminate gay guy is HARD.. I mean REALLY HARD!!! If you want to date a guy, he should have the money to be able to "PAY" him. If not, he should be "PAMINTA".. hindi ka nagiging totoo sa sarili mo..
