***Update***
10:30, still no bellsouth guy, so i start to call.. im told to wait till right at 11.
11:00, i call again, im told to wait 15 minuets. Mad, but ill wait.
11:30, i call, im told to wait another 20 minuets. Nope... Find out WHAT THE HECK is going on!
11:50, still on hold, guy comes back on, tells me the guy got caught up wiht the last customer, and will be finished within 20 minuets, but it will be no more than an hour before he is at my place....
12:20, phone rings... its the bellsouth guy. "Hey man this is bubba from Bellsouth... just wanted to let you know im going to lunch and ill be there as soon as im done eating...." Ok i understand that the guy has to eat, but i was told that he would be here sometime between 8am - 11am.
Lord, grant me the patience and understanding, and keep my anger under control, because im at my witts end....
this is so rediculous... if by the end of the day, my situation is still not fixed, im cancelling DSL all together, sticking with Dialup for a little while, and getting cable.
