Time Flies when you're having fun
Man, it's almost the end of this semester. It's pretty amazing how time flies when you are having fun. It seems like only yesterday when I moved into my apartment here. And just to think, I plan on coming out of here with straight A's. Well knock on wood if something crazy doesn't happen. I don't mean to brag. I just feel like i've worked so hard and finally really accomplished something. It's a pretty good feeling, ya know? Well right now, I'm sitting here on Chris' laptop. So this is what happened.....so I come over to surprise him and he's not here. Grrr it was frustrating. So i call him... he doesn't answer. so i'm like even more grrrr. I just got a phone call about 5 minutes ago from him. He says he's at my place nad I'm not there! and I was like, Well take a guess where I'm at... You're apartment! We just laughed it off. How come none of my surprises ever work. Grrr it's frustrating. Sure it's the thought that counts but oh well. Alright, so I'm planning on coming home some where between the 10th and 12th... not sure exactly what date yet. All you people hit me up and we'll do something.
So Thanksgiving was great. I got to spend a lot of time with Hannah and Bryan. It was good memory making. Unfortunately, Bryan leaves for Iraq on December 13. Hats off to ya, Bro. I love that couple! Anyways, spent lots of time with 2 of my 3 best friends, got very little sleep, but it was so worth it. Also, I got to ride my wonderful Chinook. I love my horse so much. He was perfect for me. And just to think i'm going to see him in about 2 weeks now. Yayayayya! I'm excited.
So last Tuesday, November 22, Chris and I had our 2 year anniversary. It was glorious. He brought me roses, and he took me out to Outback with my roommate, Michelle and her boyfriend, James, and Nikki and Justin, 2 other friends down here. It was the greatest time.
Well just to think this time next week, i will be completely done with my finals. Such a great thing. Anyways, there's lots going on in my life, I just don't have the time to write about it. I must get back to preparing my study guide for Cornerstone's Final Exam. Loads of fun. Everyone take care!
