1. What did you do in 2005 that you'd never done before?
I went to an Opera. I went on dates. I read for leisure. I cooked for my parents. I heard Ron Jeremy speak. I purchased Spanish/Indie movies. I explored Gainesville. I went to Coliseum. I survived a hurricane while on I-95 with my pal __tanlines . I made some more friends at school. I got a fake ID. I got a little braver.

2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
Nope. But 2006's resolution is to be genuinely happy for other people's good fortune. I gotta start putting good vibes out there.

3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
My brother and his wife gave us nephew #7 Jesse Laso.

4. Did anyone close to you die?
Nope, but I was saddened to hear of Prince Ranier III passing.

5. What countries did you visit?
None. Just me and the 'Ville again this year.

6. What would you like to have in 2006 that you lacked in 2005?
A drivers license, an iPod, and some high flyin' adventure!

7. What date from 2005 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
Nothing major stands out.

8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
Staying in school and maintaining the friendships I have.

9. What was your biggest failure?
Not learning to drive.

10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
Nope. But MySpace got me pretty close.

11. What was the best thing you bought?
Keane "Hopes and Fears" and my digital camara.

12. Whose behaviour merited celebration?
I don't know, but certainly not mine.

13. Whose behaviour made you appalled and depressed?
Conservative America, two years running.

14. Where did most of your money go?
To Best Buy and the Univeristy of Florida, devil!

15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?
Star Wars: Episode III- Revenge of the Sith !

A little sadder.

A little thinner.

MUCH poorer!

18. What do you wish you'd done more of?
Go out and be a young...

19. What do you wish you'd done less of?
Stay home.

20. How will you be spending Christmas?
I spent it watching Aladdin and The Muppet Christmas Carol in my eight-ball jammies.

22. Did you fall in love in 2005?
Love is for punks.

23. How many one night stands?
I don't know if those count as one night stands..?

24. What were your favorite TV programs?
Nip/Tuck, Will & Grace, The Golden Girls, Roseanne, and the Kathy Griffin D-list show.

25. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year?
Nope.

26. What was the best book you read?
"What Looks Like Crazy On An Ordinary Day" by Pearl Cleage and Chris Rice's stuff

27. What was your greatest musical discovery?
Keane, Janis Joplin, and Jack Johnson.

28. What did you want and get?
Madonna's "Confessions on a Dance Floor" and my digi cam 8)

29. What did you want and not get?
Someone new.

30. What was your favourite film of this year?
Many: Star Wars: Episode III- Revenge of the Sith, Cinderella Man, Brokeback Mountain, The Chronicles of Narnia, Wedding Crashers, and the 40-Year Old Virgin.

31. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?
I turned 20, had dinner at the Olive Garden, and went to Soho. Hmm, anyone else wonder what Zellweger orders at OG?

32. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
Geez any of the following: traveling, money, an iPod, some volunteer work, some ass, more booze, a car, etc.

33. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2005?
"Whatever my mom washed and sent me to Gainesville with"

34. What kept you sane?
Sanity didn't have a good foothold in '05.

35. Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most?
Jude Law, for making all those movies and boinking all those chicks. Jude be a playa.

36. What political issue stirred you the most?
The Jeff Gannon scandal and Deep Throat.

37. Who did you miss?
My friends.

38. Who was the best new person you met/gotten closer to?
I think I've done a good job at letting those people know they're appreciated. No one needed to name names 8)

39. Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2005.
I don't know if a life lesson was learned this year, but I did get to know myself much more. I realized that I'm much more predictable than I want to me. I was made aware of how desperate I am for things (I can't control) to happen. I became much more open towards people around me. I finally understood why feelings make us act a fool. I discovered that the worst thing in the world is to feel lonely, while the best thing is to be laughing with your friends over a spirited game of Taboo.
