Well I'm at work and being unproductive. It's quite warm today so I just feel lazy.
Liz and Enrique's wedding was so great. It was so nice to see them and meet Enrique's family. I must say, the Spanish hospitality is amazing. It was my first time in Spain so that was a huge reminder for me about how much I love the language. Gotta go back. It was also the first trip Tonny and I ever took together. It worked out quite well, actually. :-) I just imported the photos the other day, so I'll have to do a recap with photos soon, if I ever get to it. I'm so terrible at updating Livejournal.
I passed a big Danish proficiency test (the level before the University level) and I got an A overall! Go me!
DIS is sending me on the study tour to China this fall!!! I'm so excited to be assigned as a co-tour leader. It's the first time we're running it and it's a huge trip, costs a lot, means a lot for our relationship with Peking University...yada yada yada. So it's extra meaningful that they're willing to send me on it. It's a trip home to motherland for me. First time!
I moved to a new apartment last weekend. Thank god for boyfriend and male friends. I love my new apartment -- it's in Christianshavn -- right in the center of town so I can bike everywhere. The apartment is big and nice. It's too bad I have to move out after 3 months. I think of it as my summer house. :-)
Tonny is moving in with me. But it's a total surprise for both of us. We've talked about it but we both wanted to wait a bit longer. But but but, as of yesterday he got evicted from his apartment (long story of the complicated Danish housing market) so he has no place to live. Mmm...I'm both happy but at the same time a little taken by surprise. I think it will be a good test for us though, and it would it a lot easier for us to see each other, given our busy schedules. I was thinking, that usually it's the foreigner who has no choice but to live with the Danish boyfriend/girlfriend, but now it's the other way around for us. HAHA, that's funny.
Going to the Robbie Williams concert tonight! It's gonna be big! :-)
