the past few days have been an emotional roller coaster for me. All because I started to care about others again. I dont know why I have decided to do this,it causes me nothing but pain and heartache.

The nicest thing somebody did for me today was give me a lighter,the other nicest thing that happened was at work. Go figure.

A thought can only last so long before it must be acted upon for your own sanity.
