My recent trip back to the States resulted in my mother-in-law giving me a bobbin lace book, which again prompted me to redouble my efforts to find someone to teach me lace making. I have *somewhere* a bobbin lace kit which if I can find it you are welcome to use/give to Arilyn. Also, I have a small box of floss silk threads if you want them - in lots of lovely colours. I prefer buttonhole twist now. I can't remember how many spools I have (same size spool as the De Vere silk but a floss rather than a buttonhole twist) but there are lots of them.
I'll let you have both at the OD if you like.

So far I cannot seem to interest anyone else in this idea of taking lace classes. It will probably be just us two girls.
