Lovely thus far.
So I'm twenty today. I thought that would feel weird, but it doesn't. Hm. Anyway, thanks to everyone for the birthday wishes (seriously, I'm being molested on facebook)!
I've noticed that I pronounce my age as "twunny." Damned Michigan accent. If I over-enunciate the number from now on, know that it's merely because I'm fighting the good fight.
It's been a really good day so far. Maybe even splendiferous. Perfect for new beginnings. I even love the rain; it was nice to wake up so comfy and cozy and hear the rainfall outside. ("nice" = understatement.)
Instead of walking directly home, I wandered around campus for awhile. Thinking. It was very peaceful. Picked a couple of flowers and meandered down to the river. The ducks are having a crazy good time with this weather.
I opened my presents from my parents, and I now have Season 1 of Grey's Anatomy!! Eeee! So happy! And I have moneys. Woot.
OK. Plans. I suck at making them, especially for myself. But if anyone wants to hang out after the show tonight, I would looooove going out with a group of ya'll.
