So I have the large Chin Spin, have had it for less than a year, and I'm having issues with it.

The other night, I started hearing a loud clanking noise (moreso than the normal clunk-clunk running sound). After checking over the wheel, it seems the bit holding it to the wooden part is loose, like the wheel can be wiggled back and forth. Which causes the noises when they run. It's hard to describe, but basically the part that is attached to the wheel isn't snug against the wood part of the wheel, causing the wheel to tilt up and down as they run.

I've tried to tighten anything I can... everything is extremely tight and not loose. Anyone run into this issue? I'd hate to buy another one just to have it give out too. But my chins are addicted to their wheel, and I feel bad having removed it so everyone in the house can sleep and hear the TV!

Thanks.
