My mother had this crazy dream of going to London. You see, all my family, including yours truly had visited England once or twice. And we kept telling mom all about it: english tea, english people, whatever. So one day she told us: "That's it! It's either me going to your bloody England or you suffering". That wasn't a choice, you see.
So she and I (she takes me everywhere she goes, 'cause I can speak with pretty words and supposedly fun with) packed things and went flying. Our trip was: Cambridge, then Scotland, then a lil' bit of Whales, then London. It was rather hard for me (I don't really like tourist groups and all that "be in a bus by 18:00" stuff), but our group was great and we managed to see half of England in one go. We are pretty awesome.

Here are some photos.
Cambridge

One of the universities.

This creepy thing is actually a clock creepy thing.

York

York is shaped like a heart

It's a cat figurine, not an actual cat :C

Whoa, vikings!

This is me being murdered by these wonderful folks :D

It was a York Architects festival. They are awesome.

And finally! We are crossing Sctland's border and see Edinburgh at night.

There was a duckling in hotel room's bathroom. I cried with joy.

Next: Edinburgh's Fringe festival, Whales and London.

photos, events, travel, simple magic, blah
