Plans for the year
Hi everyone,
You've probably all fallen off your chairs, it's been so long since i've been here.
I thought tonight however, i'd come to write.
First of all, i hope you all had a good christmas, i did, got lots of lovely presents, stuff for the house, chocolates, lovely fleecey pyjamas, smellies, you name it, i was probably unwrapping it.
I want to wish you all too a happy new year, i hope 2013 brings everything you wish for and more.
As i write, twitter's going mad, mentions here and there and that's how i like it.
I'll list a few aims of mine for this year. They're not resolutions, i don't believe in making them, they get broken far too quickly.
My first aim is to do what Kay Dear wants to do some of the time and not be brought down by pressure or be pressurised into doing something i don't want to do.
I find it incredibly hard to say no and like to please others where and when i can.
Sometimes, you have to keep yourself happy too and that's what i aim to do.
Pleasing others can be a downfall and also, being too generous can be too.
You tend to get taken advantage of or walked over.
Another one is to get more healthy and lose a bit more weight.
I've learnt my way to the local leisure centre down the road and i aim to pluck up the courage to go there on my own and use their swimming facilities.
It'll be nice if someone wants to come with, i won't be complaining.
Being a good friend or a better friend is another one.'
I've fucked a few things up in that area.
We're all human and make mistakes.
The thing is, how you go about making things right, if the individuals will let you because hey, they're just as human as i am and not perfect either.
I also aim to travel a bit more and see more friends.
I hope to meet some of the people i broadcast with on Mint, starting in the UK.
So there you have it, a few of my goals and i'll work towards achieving them.'
I aim to be back here more often too, so watch this space for more entries.
