(no subject)
I am on the hunt for an apartment. My parents are trying to make me pay rent, $400. I AINT HAVIN IT! I mean why would I stay here and pay $400 for one room and a shared house. And then when company comes I have to give my room up anyways??? OH NO! I dont think so. Here's the STUPID part... My dad says that on Saturdays I have to be up when he gets up and do work, then I can sleep (bascially no sleeping in) AND had the NERVES to say that I have to clean either his office or their (parents) bedroom...?????? WHAT IN THE WORLD??? I have NEVER heard of that before! I mean if I am paying rent then NO ONE and I mean NO ONE should be able to tell me when to wake up. And since when does rent include cleaning your parents room? If i'm not living out of that room then I shouldnt have to clean it!!!!
I might as well pay about $300 extra and get my own place. Don't get me wrong, I would live here forever if I could (rent free) but now they are trying to act like strangers I have to pack my bags. lol Keena, I'm in the same boat. Maybe not same situation but you know, looking for apartments and stuff. Let me know how your hunting goes. I found some really good ones in El Cajon (which is the cheapest place to live in S.D) but you have to make twice as much as the rent. MAN, this isn't going to be easy but I hope to be out before April.
I will be picking up a second job also. Part-time on nights and weekends. I figure if I do that it will save me from dipping into my savings account for rent money. Well I guess I better get to sleep so I can wake up at the crack of dawn :( Pray for me yall!!!
