Summary: Harry prepares to face Voldemort.
Author's Notes: To me, Harry/Nobody means that Harry can't have anyone, but I suppose you also may consider this as gen. This takes place in DH, when Harry is sitting up in Dumbledore's office after viewing Snape's memories.
When Harry closed his eyes, he could see all their faces: Hermione, Ron, Ginny, Fred, George, Luna, Cho, Parvati, Neville, Cedric, Sirius... even Draco and Pansy, who were caught in the middle. And even Snape, whose loyalty Harry had often questioned before now.
He saw those who had died for this cause.
He saw those he loved.
He saw those he had to leave behind.
And he had to finish it, alone, for all those people. For them, he would face the greatest evil.
But never could he be one of them. Even if he returned, he could have nobody.
