(no subject)
Went to the doctor yesterday for surgery follow-up, found a small infection on one side of my mouth so I'm on antibiotics. The pain for the most part has subsided. The big issue now is that I can't fall asleep. He gave me valium for that and it does not work. I don't think he gave me a very strong dose its only 5mg. So I'm going to double up on it tonight and see what happens, but its not very fun when you are tired and want to go to sleep and cant for hours....I found out that this lovely cast/mold will have to be in my mouth for another 6-8 weeks. Gotta find the yahoo group for guys who dig bears with major dental work:)
However, there will be at least one fun thing coming up for me. Pet Shop Boys hit Dallas this weekend. Going with my best friend Mary Shelby. Sometimes we joke that she's really the fag and I'm really the dyke....It should be a great show, my 3rd for the PSBs
Since I'm off work, I've been watching way too much TV. My grandmother is here and her favorite show is "Deal or No Deal" I swear that is the most mindless show-degrading to women-and giving Howie Mandel air time.
Some of the new shows I like are Heroes, Sunset Strip, The Class, Ugly Betty, and Brothers and Sisters. I only watch 6 Degrees as Jay Hernandez is quite yummy.
