So, Girls' State came and went, with a modicum of bitchery. As, I suppose, I should expect from a week made up entirely of 180 teenage girls and the women sent to herd them. But, I did survive, and actually got to eat something besides Ramen noodles with a delicate hint of mustard for spice.
Boys' State is another, minorly hilarious matter. See, the thing about teenage boys is they are generally flowing piles of hormones. I was the recipient of several catcalls today, one while I was walking over to Guad in my Pjs. My pjs, people. I am not some delicate French maiden who sleeps in a negligee either. Yoga pants and a t-shirt. They must be getting desperate.
But today, I was actually dressed pretty damn cutely, if I do say so myself. Heels, my business bermudas....you get the general picture. I actually got wolf-whistled. Hilarious. I can't wait to see where the week takes us, on this magical journey to examine the young male psyche.
Theology and film was fine, minus having to watch The Passion of the Christ. Or, JESUS CHRIST WAS BEAT THE FUCK UP FOR YOUR SINS. BY JEWWWWWSSSSSSS. I actually got to/ had to explain to the class why the movie was anti-Semitic though, so I felt like maybe someone learned something.
Noah's got an apartment now, and is working as a librarian. Whoo.
PS: Why does the chipper goat look sad????? Holy hell, someone needs a diccionaire.
