What Do You Mean My Sunburns Aren't Sexy???
So as you can tell by my title... I got sunburned yesterday while I was fishing. I am burnt all up and down my arms and shoulders. It itches a bit, but at least I caught a fish, and a record at that --- A 25 1/4 inch Pike beating my old record of 23 1/2 inches. Alex came over later and fished for a bit, but we all got skunked except for Fishing Freak AKA my brother, who caught a dinky 14 inch bass. Better than nothing I spose. That's something to look forward to this summer... fishing. Good thing DNR never comes on my lake and checks out the fishermen to see what they are up to. Otherwise I might need to get a lisence ah ha.
Today was kinda kewl cuz I slept in an hour past when I was supposed to go in for work, cuz I had my schedule mixed up and didn't think I was working until 3:30. Oh well though, I came in late and didn't even get warned or have to work longer to make up for the lost time so all is well. Tomorrow Axle is gonna come over after school and apparently so is Tara so... a fishing contest it is Axle and Me VS. Tara and the fish freak. The tackle box has been thrown... a duel to the death it shall be ah ha.
