This past weekend was the big reunion!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Jill and Andrew back together again.
We planned this a few weeks ago and I was f-ing thrilled. I hadn't seen him since the fall of our freshmen years at college... so that was in 2004. That means we hadn't seen each other in almost 5 years! I mean, we talked here and there, but we never hung out. We halfheartedly tried to plan stuff but it never worked out, and finally a weekend worked out, so to the city I went!
I arrived after being on 90 for a hundred years, and seeing him was magical! We talked in his apartment for a bit, then we went to a gay bar where he bought us these AMAZING slushie drinks. Yum! He also got hit on by another patron, at which point we exited. Then we went to an Italian restaurant and he bought us dinner. Also amazing. I had... some kind of stuffed pasta thing, which of course I loved. We went back to his apartment and remembered our lives. I met his roommate, Casey, and then Frank and Max came over. I haven't seen either of them since graduation, so that was pretty awesome as well! All in all, it was a 100% awesome visit and we've already made plans to see each other again very soon!

Today I went back and saw my kids again for Field Day. They did lots of activities outside all day and had a good time. I got a sunburn because I forgot to put on sunscreen. :( Oh wells! It is what it is. We had a fun day and I'm happy I was there for it..
Man oh man. I am pretty tired!
