im pissed that i gave away my art. i dont care that theyre my family. i made that and worked on it and achieved it for myself. to catalog my progress and my life. that is my work. why should anyone else have anything that is mine?
why should anyone feel that they are even entitled to ask me for a piece of my artwork because they arent. why be so presumptuous as to ask me for something i own to keep for yourself? you wouldnt ask me for my sneakers or my pillowcase. you wouldnt even ask me for a purse. why? because those are things i spent money on, and therefore you would not have the audacity to take something away from me that i spent my hard-earned cash on... ...?
then why do you feel that its ok to ask for and then take from me something that i created from my own brain and from my own hand? ask me for an object before you ask from me my soul.
