its me
ah, live journal. i still read people's, but i don't post often. life is too busy for posts most of the time. but, i am enjoying these times none the less. i love my job, i feel very fortunate that i have a career that i love doing at such a young age. i can see myself doing this for years to come. the only bad side is...when the astros lose, sometimes i have to do the reairs at work, which means i have to sit there and watch them lose twice in one night. its harsh.
mary and i have decided to live here in kingwood another six months. we were planning on moving to the spring area so we could be closer to my new facility in the woodlands, but our rent is so low for such a nice place, and since i have a new car, I just drive the distance. its not so bad. beats the hell out of moving.
i'm on a really difficult diet at the moment. the wheels are finally in motion for my surgery. i have about 5 months left to lose 40lbs and i seem to be doing fairly well. its hard, but i feel better knowing that come october i'll definitely be having my surgery.
well, thats all i can spew out of my mind for now.
