To do list program or apps?

i'm in need of a better to do list program. do you all have any good suggestions? currently i just have a big jumbled task list via google, but i'd like something that i could use to better organize via project, priority, etc. if it there's something out there that could run/sync between my phone and computer, that'd be ideal, but something that works well on either one would be great too.
any ideas?
