TONIGHT! Warm up for HONK! at Oberon
To kick off the 6th annual HONK! Fest, Emperor Norton’s Stationary Marching Band is hosting a marching band party and fund raiser for this year’s festival. Every Fall radical street bands from all across the country invade Somerville’s Davis Square and reclaim public spaces in the name of social justice and creative expression. This year we bring the party to Oberon with a sampling of 4 of the 30 bands coming to town for this year’s festival. Oberon has never held musicians this exuberant and rambunctious, and if you’ve never seen HONK! in action, you’ll never think of marching bands the same way again.
This show is guaranteed to rock you out of your seat and blow the roof off the place! All proceeds go to fund this all volunteer run and free to the public yearly street festival.
