(no subject)
Today I had to get a physical (meh) and then went out for lunch (yeh).. and later I rode my bike. I was riding around the block, on the sidewalk, wearing my helmet and sneakers without socks, alone, and these two girls half my age were riding in the street helmet-less wearing sandals and crossing streets and being all rebellious. Hm and you know what I did? Tightened the buckle on the helmet I've had since I was five years old. Yeah, you bet I did.
Hey guess what? (You: What?!?!) I got a job for this summer =D I'll be working as a consultant in my Dad's office. (He works at The School of Engineering and Applied Science at Univ of Penn) Basically it's like an intern; I'll be answering phones and delivering things and doing random jobs that people don't have time to do. If that sounds really boring to you, then you're probably right, but that's okay. A job= responsibility, something to occupy my time, and of course MONEY. heh.
I burnt my tongue at dinner. =( Poor me.
