things to do:
1. hang w/peeps (let me know when you're around)
2. practice:
a. clarinet
b. piano: sight-reading and modulations
c. sight-singing
3. memorize two monologues for the vagina monologues (woot!)
4. high school lesson plan
5. start recorder arrangement for intro to music ed?
6. organize/shop for europe
7. eat lots of good food.
i bought a dress for the semi and new black heels... so that is two things less to take care of. the dress: adorable black eyelet halter dress. knee-length. a little bunching at the waist. tie at neck. extra layer for shape on the skirt portion. pretty much the sweetest, most classically feminine dress i've ever found. yessss. i love being a girl. the heels are also adorable: black satin w/layered detail around foot opening and a small bow. o.m.g. *squeals*
most pointless entry included w/shallow rave over bought items. whatev.
it feels so good to be home.
i've been reading a lot. and hanging w/mother. that's pretty much it so far, and i'm ok w/that.
lauren is staying over tonight and we're going to see borat. yesss.
