The first time I went to Spain, I did a lot more touristie stuff. I went to Barcelona (saw a lot of Gaudí's work, which is A-MA-ZING!try to google him if you don't know his work). i WENT TO San Sebastián, Toledo, Madrid, we drove to France, and went to Viarritz, Lion (where our car got stolen), Paris, Versailles etc. Visited a bunch of museums
This time though, I had more time to enjoy the beauty of simple things.
-We did a lot more explorations in the woods, and got lost more than once
-travelled through smaller towns, that aren't so popular but sitll went to Bilbao, Santander, Madrid, el país Vasco...
-I learned how to weld, which was so much fun!
-I made cherry mermelade
-helped Victoria make soaps
-watched the WOrld cup in the bars, with people cursing and getting all into it
-ate a lot of "tortilla de patatas" (potato tortilla?)
-went camping (last i went camping I was prolly 10)
-Read a book on my own will, which is RARE
