A New Motivation
So its been a while. A lot has changed since then. I was wrong on all my previous assumptions and must apologize to those who I discredited. Once again the saying, "Don't trust a third party" holds true. What I came to find out is that the only truth lies between you and the person who you have a "beef" with. Oh well, we all make mistakes.
Summer was kinda boring. I took one history class at Northlake College and spent an entire summer taking an MCAT course. Let me tell you, two and a half hours every night of the summer gets very repetative and boring. All my friends but one were out of Dallas for the summer. That meant I had to devise ways to entertain myself. This included one of two highlights of my summer. I got to go see Evanescence at Edgefest and meet the band. I was able to score an autographed cd for myself (which I had to buy) and I was able to sneak in a sheet of paper to get signed for my good friend Kate. I think that she got the better autograph. Amy Lee signed the autograph to her as apposed to my simple signature. The other highlight of my summer was getting to see The Village with Kate. I know she didnt like it too much but it was fun to be able to enjoy an afternoon with a friend. Other than those two things my summer was BORING!!!
Anyways, I am back in College Station. WHOOP!!! I lost $5 last night playing poker. Total sadness. But I did get my room completely set up. It took five hours to measure the room, buy carpet ($190), cut the carpet, and place the carpet. After that everything was easy. Now all I have to do is wait for three days so that I can start my Corps of Cadets chaplain training. If anyone is interested in that, the website is corpschaplains.tamu.edu. Thats about all for now. I will let you know if anything changes around here.
