today i bought enough silver plated chain to make 5 more titty talk necklaces and enough gunmetal chain to make about 6 more mustache necklaces. oh and jump rings and lobster clasps.
i had to hold back to exploding desire to buy into the gnome shaped cookie cutter.
i really shouldn't be spending any more money on making jewelry until my sales increase, but i can't shake the "if you make it, they will buy" mode. i have a spotlight in etsy's "geekery" section all day tomorrow, another spotlight on tuesday, and then another one sometime after that. considering it costs $7 a spot, i better see some money from it god dammit.
in the meantime, the entire coffee table is covered in clay and i'm in the process of making storage containers for the nipple rings that are taking over ari's bookshelf.
i just wanna be a dirty crafting barefoot hippie for the rest of my life. hey man, there are people that make a living from crafting. of course that's like saying you're going to go off and be a movie star just b/c there are other movie stars, but suck it america.
