Stupid Dial-up
Feels like I'm using dial-up again, 'cause DSL's really slow for some reason, maybe it's just LJ, but whatever. Friday was crazy, soo much work from all my classes, and two painful tests. I think i did okay on the english one, one of the in class essays that you can prepare for at home. For some reason i always think the Japanese 2 tests are really easy, but it always comes back with lots of red, so i guess i'll try to change my thinking, maybe it'll change my grade. We're watching Glory in APUSH, it's really good for a historical fictionalized movie, as it's actually interesting, we have to watch the revised for school version, no decapitations and all that. Went to the debate tournament for about 14 hours, me and Stephen broke!! We've got varsity status now, but that means we're even more screwed. It was basically luck that we won, as the two teams we went up against didn't have much at all on our case, and we were affirmative twice, so we didn't have to show how bad we are at negative till the third round. Stephen and I had to go against a Davis team for the 3rd round, and their case was dominating, and like I said before, we are freakin' terrible at negative, we lost badly, needless to say. Now, 15 hours of sleep later, i'm finally functioning, happy break everyone.
