Well I'm finally getting around to finishing off that meme...

1. "My name is Saul Tigh, I am an officer in the Colonial Fleet. Whatever else I am, whatever else it means, that's the man I want to be. And if I die today, that's the man I'll be."
- I love this scene in Crossroads Pt. 2 to begin with...the music and intensity, plus the OMG!WTF?finalfourinthefleet! mindfrak...but it's also my favorite moment with Saul Tigh. (And that's saying a lot because I love the bastard.) And the above statement is definitely in my top favorite quotes from the entire series.
2. From You Can't Go Home Again
Lee: I need to know something: Why did you do this? Why did we do this? Is it for Kara? For Zak? For what?
Bill: Kara was family. You do whatever you have to do. Sometimes you break the rules.
Lee: And if it was me down there instead?
Bill: You don't have to ask that.
Lee: Are you sure?
Bill: If it were you... we'd never leave.
...okay, I admit it. I tear up at this exchange every time I watch this episode.
3. The boxing in Unfinished Business. Though that entire episode is frakkin' awesome.
4. Sacrifice. Laura saying goodbye to Billy. Just stab me through the heart, why don't you?
5. There's so much to love about Tigh Me Up, Tigh Me Down (still one of my favorite episodes), but the scene at the end with everyone in the lab is a classic BSG moment.
Baltar: Look, it's not magic, it's science. If you want my result, you're gonna have to wait a while.
Bill: I gave you her sample this morning.
Baltar: I have started and stopped the test twice already now so I'm running a little behind.
Bill: Twice?
Laura: My fault...Long story.
Bill: Your fault?
Baltar: Yes, I probably shouldn't have mentioned that.
Laura: No, you probably shouldn't have.
Then there's yelling, and fingerwagging, and Ellen putting out herself in the middle of things as usual...So much win.
