Yes, the sun is shining. What a difference it makes! Usually I have my breakfast outside in summer but it is still a little too wet. Next door`s second-to-eldest Rani is on my shed roof, I expect No.3,Aggie, will join her soon. The eldest,Ruby, has taken to living on my back porch, while No.4, Aggie`s son Henry, is indoors since he had a traumatic experince about six weeks ago. Did someone try to catnap him? Such a shame.
Yes, people DO read this site. Apologies to a dear friend from the past who surfaced with righteous indignation at being referred to as ANYONE. Sorry! It was delightful to hear from you after ?12 years or more.
Yesterday I was at the Hampton Court Flower Show after a complicated route involving two trains and two underground trains. It was a mini-Glastonbury, that was Day 2. If it has gone onraining, it must be really bad now. Staggering plants.
Off to my allotment to pick raspberries and continue the fight against "the all-prevailing grass", apologies to Thomas Tryon for the parody.
you are my sunshine!
