1) Dolls - I have collected dolls since I was a little girl. My grandmother, mother and aunt were all very avid doll collectors. My grandmother ran a doll show and my aunt was also a doll maker. So I was really raised in a family of doll lovers. It's also the inspiration behind my LJ username, which is the internet handle I've been using for 14 years. My favorite dolls now are BJDs. I have a Luts Ani name Isola, who I cherish dearly.
2) Psychology - I'm a psych major. I graduated from Marymount Manhattan College with a BA in Psych, and I am also a Hunter Grad student in the psych department, although I am on hiatus until after the wedding. Psychology is a big part of my education and it helps me be a better writer. It's honestly not my love in life, but it's a wonderful and diverse field. I'm looking foward to getting into a school guidance counseling program.
3) EGL - I love EGL fashion. I don't own alot of EGL clothes...mostly because I am poor, but I own a few that I love very much. I've always loved dressing very girly in ribbons and lace. Maybe it's my love of dolls. I'm happy that my loved ones understand and accept this accept of me.
4) Weddings - Ah yes, my upcoming wedding. My fairy tale come to life. John truly is my happily ever after prince. He is so wonderful and I am so excited about my upcoming wedding. It's alot of work and planning, but I know its all going to be worth it. The Know(dot)com is a wonderful resource and I have been using it like crazy.
5) Renn Faires - I have started getting out of cosplay, conventions and LARPs and turning more towards Renn Faires. I still get the fun of dressing up and playing make bleieve without the hassel or the drama. It's fun to just hang out with my friends, drink mead, sing, dance and shop.
