First some information;
- Like the anime, levels don't exist in Dawn's world.
- I try to stick to four moves for a Pokémon like in the game, but sometimes (rarely) give a Pokémon an extra move for plot purpose (such as Gyarados' Rain Dance in the Rivai thread). In battle scenes I will keep their moves at only four per Pokémon, just like for games.
- On the subject of moves, I am not a fan of breeding certain moves onto Pokémon. ]< I like just catching Pokémon in my games and sticking with them throughout the game. In the anime-world, a Pokémon can learn a move without having to be bred for it (such as Pikachu + Volt Tackle) and also learning moves without TMs, with hard training. I kept these ideas for Dawn's world.
