117th Revolution: Another return.
[Video - Welcome to a wonderfully placid view of the fountain. The device is doing nothing more than recording the scene of people walking about when a faint yell is heard which progressively gets louder before a blur is seen splashing into the water. Nothing is seen for a few seconds until a rather injured and weary Huey dressed in a tattered sports unifrom makes his way up from the water before falling down in front of the camera.]

[A rather loud groan is heard before the boy resumes speaking again.]
This place just couldn't have picked me up from a point in time where I didn't have my forearms broken?
[ooc: Back from the hiatus a bit earlier than expected but tags will be slow till later this evening. Also I'll explain what Huey can do for those that didn't watch the epidsode I'm pulling him from. Huey proved that he has REALLY been holding back in terms of his strength and abilities and he typically only goes that far when his beserk button of being laughed at is pushed. Oh and he also knows Chinese. And is a sucker for lolis with sob stories, which I guess is something I've been playing straight without even knowing.]
