I'm looking for a new apartment. The one I have now is awesome, but the rent is getting a tad too much for what it's worth. I've been wanting to look for places in (rent-controlled) West L.A., but I just came across these (Little Tokyo Lofts) earlier today and creamed myself. They're near downtown LA, which is pretty far away, but they're gorgeous and the rent is surprisingly around what I'm paying now and, come to think of it, Dodger Stadium and the MoCA are close and since it's little tokyo there's bound to be a good Ramen joint nearby. Also, one of my buddies wants me to move in with him.. it's a nice townhouse and it'll save me some money, but I'd still be in the valley and I'd have roommates again which isn't my style... so we shall see.

Maybe I'll live here too when I up my net worth.. (1221 Ocean Avenue).
