I have an apartment! I've put down the deposit and applied. I just need to get them some more info and I'll finally have my own space again. It's a one-bedroom with a den so I should have plenty of room for all my projects. It's on the second floor and there's even a storage nook on the balcony where I plan to keep my armor. The location is terrific, in a neat area of town with a ton of places nearby. I've never lived in the busy part of a city before so this should be pretty interesting. With the fabric and book store so close I can see a lot of my disposable income actually being used instead of just sitting around for lack of things to spend it on. I get the apartment at the end of this month (yikes).
