Toastmasters-ice breaker
Tonight I completed my toastmasters ice breaker's speech! I practiced it all week and when I finally did it, everyone was very impressed! I didn't use notes or anything. People really liked it and I even won best speaker award for the night! I'm so excited about this club.
I've been doing really well to take charge and become the best leader I can. I'm more confident than ever and have been making decisions that really take me where I want to be. I set goals and I accomplish them. My confidence instills confidence in those around me. I earned associate of the month at my work last month and now I've won the best speaker award for a speech I gave today. At the end of March I'm receiving a service award at work with a big banquet and everything!
I should be hearing back from the Air Force by the end of the month, so we'll see how that goes.
