So, I've been working out 5days a week for the past 3 or 4 weeks now.
I can do 45 pushups comfortably
I can run for 45 min straight comfortably
I've stepped up my leg lift reps and sets from 3 sets of ten to 3 sets of 20.
here are my fitness goals:
60 pushups in 1minute
60 situps in 1minute
run 1.5 miles in 9 min flat
20 pullups continuously
almost there.....
