1. run a mile and a half in 9min flat
2. 45 dips continuous
3. 60 pushups in one minute
4. 60 situps in one minute
5. 20 pullups in one minute
6. score at least a 95 on the AFOQT
7. be able to swim an entire lap at the UCF pool without stopping
8. get accepted into Air Force OTS
