Do you ever wonder why people have dreams? Whats the purpose? Where do they come from? How are they connected with reality? Well imagine this:
What you think are dreams is actually the true reality. You are living in what you think is reality, but really this is all a dream. Think about it. Its possible. Everything you see, feel, hear, smell, taste, every sense is a figment of your imagination. You are not who you think you are, only what your imagination makes you to be.
Just think about it.
Its human nature for people to do things that directly or indirectly create dramatic situations for themselves. Our need for drama could be a large part of this dream theory. We create drama because our true selves want to be entertained with an interesting dream. We crave attention because numerous people involved in an event creates a more interesting situation.
This also would coincide with predestination. Dreams are like movies, with set beginnings and endings, plots, conflicts, climaxes and resolutions. the so called "reality" we live in could be the same way. For ever action you make, there is an equal and opposite reaction. Everything leads up to some ultimate ending.
If this theory were true, it would mean that the life you live in is absolutely yours. Everything that ever happens, everything youve ever learned, everything that is to happen, anywhere, all revolves around you. In the true reality there may be no such thing as mankind, earth, life, senses, love. Maybe your real mind is just making it all up. Everything that you know to be "real and absolute" could just be your imagination. Someone else could be having a dream with totally different settings, totally different worlds with totally different physics, different people, different places, different histories, and you will never know what their dreams are like because you are focused on your own.
Death would only be death in our dreams. In reality we would simply "wake up" if there is such thing as waking up. Waking up could be Heaven, Hell, Nirvana, anything.
