rain, rain go away.. come again another day

so it's been 2 days since it's been raining from saturday night all the way to sunday night, and kinda continued on just earlier, though now it stopped. but the effect? floods pretty much everywhere. luckily not my house, but my cousin's house and areas are flooded, while for the past 5 years, it hasn't been flooded even once. this is their first time getting flood ever since they moved to that house, and it's funny how it happened, cause back then, the boss of the housing developer told the subordinates to keep watch and make sure the big pump keeps on working so it gives a better water circulation, as well as to keep the pump able to work. sadly, that boss is no longer working for that developer, and it seems that the subordinates return to their old habits of being 'ignorant' in terms of providing service to the people that lives in that housing areas.

some of my colleagues' houses have it worse. right now there's 1 of my colleague who cant come to work cause it went up to her thighs. which means it should be close to 60-70 cm of flood. this is what's happening in the city i live in; lots of buildings being built, malls, some weird constructions going on around the roads, but they all forgot to make the crucial thing: sewerage holes. not only that, the other important factor that causes flood to be even worse than last time, is cause of the rubbish and trash and garbage being dumped everywhere by anyone.

my aunt's house luckily is not flooded, but the areas outside of her house is flooded, so she's also stuck in her house, unable to go anywhere.

well.. i cant say much about this.. it happens almost every year, and i just hope that people (including me) is even more aware of how much garbage we've thrown away, and it really should be thrown into the garbage bin instead of the roads we walk on.
