The Avengers (and Bromance Scenes)
The Avengers premiered 2 days ago in Jakarta and boy.. i must say.. it's a great movie (cause there's lots of bromance scenes)!! XD
the characters are very well played, and the funny moments... gosh.. i can still recall their conversations.. hahahha.. not really accurately, but still, it's funny! XD
for example, this one:
Coulson: "It's an honor to have you here sir. I've been watching you even while you were sleeping." *awkward pause, with Rogers' puzzled expressions* "I mean while you're still in ice." and coulson keeps blabbering some random stuff trying to make himself not look like a stalker and rogers wont really look him in the eye no more. hahahahhahha...
another one:
Thor: "We are brothers! Our father grieved the moment u were gone. We've been raised together. Played together. Fight together!"
Loki: "Your father. surely u've been told who my real parents are. They gave me power."
Thor: "Stop this madness! Stop this idiotic ambitions! Come home with me, brother." *while caressing loki's cheek, almost like in romantic kissing position*
Loki: "I dont have a home." *okay.. ends up with a rejection, but it lasts a while.*
another thor n loki moment:
Thor: "look at what you've done! you think they'd stop once you rule over the earth!? No! They will not!"
Loki: "... It's too late."
Thor: "No! We can still stop this! Together!" *means, fighting in the same side, but then thor got betrayed again cause loki stabbed him. oh well.. its a superhero movie anyway* :p
other funny moments in avengers:
*When Coulson finally override the stark system and enters the premises*
Potts: "Phil! How are you?"
Stark: "Phil? Since when..? His first name starts with 'Agent'."
*the moment stark pretends to threat loki so he can use his special gadgets to get his costume suited up*
Loki: "I have an army."
Stark: "We have a hulk."
*Not long after, loki tried to make him fall for the same kind of state as hawkeye*
Loki: "Why should i even think about them, when they'll be busy fighting.. you" *aims for the heart... annnddd... thunk! loki had a puzzled expression and tried again and failed again*
"This usually works."
Stark: "It's conditioned."
another one:
Thor: "Hey! I will not tolerate you saying things about him. he's my brother!"
Romanoff: "He's killed over 80 people in 2 days."
Thor: "He's.. adopted?" *seems like thor is kind of not sure whether he has to stick with his brother or not, hence the raised tone at the end of the word 'adopted'. LOL*
i've watched it twice. though i suppose there are some things they were meant to 'explain' more in some scenes but the movie goes for 2.5 hours plus with great action scenes (and the funny moments) and more importantly, the bromance!!! i'd go for another watch of the movie. *i cant stop grinning as i write down this journal* :p
