it all started with a simple word (as my complaint) towards my internet service (which happens to be my (ex) company's product) in which i paid too, being sucked. i got bad signals that day causing me to go on n off the internet. my other friends kept bugging me about the porn sites being blocked (due to some stupid minister with his term of porn is so not good for everyone, thus ban them all from all internet providers no matter how much they pay for the internet service and the subscriptions to those porn sites) and so i wrote some pretty nasty (though i think it's lightly) remarks towards the product, in which my other friends (who happens to be the ex colleagues of the company i work(ed) in) replied and retweeted and putting "#" in front of the word. i thought it was hillarious as well and we all meant no harm. it kinda escalated from there to me mentioning the company's CEO which was escalated by the same friends to something else. cutting it short, that was our joke of the night.
the next morning i got a warning from my (ex) boss saying "be wise guys. what you talk about is not proper n decent" and we never did follow up from there either. after i went through some mishap due to my uncle died because of complication of the illness, i was being called by the (ex) boss, who happened to sit down along with the 2 heads of the HR department. they did not ask anything but to barge the question with "why did you hate the company and why hate our ceo?" so i explained everything according to my own thoughts. i dont know whether they actually wanna agree or whatever, but they seemed to be weird anyways. i mention where the ceo is so unprofessional. he thought too much about the things he shouldn even deal with and leave behind the most important thing he should be seeing. and i've had some bad remarks from before that due to my 'negligence' towards detail and all that kinda shit. not only do my (ex) boss didn back me up, she stayed silent n just said "do well next time. we cant say anything. just follow the boss" gosh.. will somebody fuck ma ass already!?
within that day, my internet access was blocked, my computer username was disabled and the pin for calling people outside the company's extensions are also blocked. so i thought "so this should be the end. probably what they'll tell me tomorrow is that i got laid off" and so apparently i did. stupid me just sign the papers as i was told cause i dont wanna argue anymore. kinda came to me by surprise cause their remarks on the papers i was told to sign didn have any of my defense towards what they asked me the day before. so i thought, "which means they didn talk about it just today or last nite. they've decided from the beginning. calling me was just to see whether i look guilty or not."
though every single friends of mine asked me how could the (ex) boss do that to me and all.. i said it's been done. my blunder is that i signed the papers without asking anything. but i hope i can find a better job than now.
be careful people.. what u say as a silly remark might become a boomerang towards u. cause u dont know when people will tell others what and what they'll do to u might be even worse than u think they'd do.
